When Lil Dicky's album, Professional Rapper, came out back in July, I've made it a point to tell everyone that it's a great rap album. Seriously, the guy can rap; and I honestly think that all those joke/funny songs you most likely know him for are actually more complicated to make than you think. That said, "$ave Dat Money" is his biggest radio hit type of song and it's pure comedy — and it's first-rate. For real: this is the song that made me actually like Fetty Wap's singing. I've heard it out at night being played and I've gotten hyped to it. He literally cuts off Rich Homie Quan's verse halfway through as part of the bit and the outro is just as hilarious. The music video makes everything I just described, and more, that much better. Basically, Lil Dicky successfully made a music video without spending any money. He uses a mansion for free, a yacht for free, a club for free, a restaurant for free, a Lamborghini for free, and even T-Pain's video shoot for free. Lil Dicky is the man, and if you don't believe me, go listen to "Bruh," "Truman," or "The Antagonist." What's more: stop being so serious and go listen to the rest of his album and then try telling me you don't mess with it.
